A Childhood Defined by Curiosity and Connection

Stacey grew up in Wareham, Massachusetts, surrounded by memories that still guide her. Some of her earliest and most cherished moments include playing Night Stalker with her Uncle Mike when she was nine and spending a day at Otis Air Force Base with her father at age seven. While her father repaired aircraft, his coworkers gathered around her for a game of blackjack. These memories helped shape her openness, her confidence and her deep appreciation for the people who support her along the way.

A Life Rewritten by Survival

Everything changed for Stacey on August 25, 2022. She was placed on life support after dying three times across two separate days. Recovery left her with ongoing heart and vascular complications, yet the experience strengthened her resolve rather than diminishing it. Even while hospitalized, she continued taking meetings and managing responsibilities. She held tightly to a belief that guided her forward. “Positive stress”, as she calls it, represents challenges that are difficult but worth pursuing. Surviving the unimaginable reframed her understanding of purpose. It transformed her perspective from living day to day to building a future with urgency and intention.

Meanwhile, D&G AgTek offers cultivation, extraction, manufacturing and white label services with a focus on accessibility for small brands and farmers.
