Josephine’s professional climb was nothing short of meteoric. Over 17 years, she built a reputation as a powerhouse in Organisational Development and Culture (OD&C). Her resume reads like a “Who’s Who” of global industry leaders: Ernst & Young (EY), Bloomberg, Thomson Reuters, and the BBC in the UK.

Her expertise eventually caught the eye of the Australian Public Service (APS), where she took on high-impact roles within the Department of Defence and the Department of Industry, Innovation, and Science. A career-defining moment arrived in 2017 when she served as a Senior HR Advisor for the ASEAN-Australia Special Summit Taskforce. Working under the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (PM&C), she executed people strategies for a summit of international significance, proving her ability to deliver results within the most complex and geographically diverse workforces.

Yet, for Josephine, her career wasn’t just about titles—it was about tools. She became a practitioner of contemporary leadership frameworks, leveraging everything from the Franklin Covey Culture of Trust to the ADKAR change management model. Under the FASCIN8ME banner, Josephine advocates for a holistic approach to the workplace. She is a fierce proponent of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), specifically focusing on disability advocacy and mental health. As a certified Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) Instructor and an advocate for the Mental Health Foundation Australia, she works to ensure that “human resources” remains focused on the human.

Her work is now deeply aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), specifically targeting goals 1 through 5, 8, 10, and 16-17. Whether she is fundraising as a “Charity Superstar” for the Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre or providing pro-bono mentorship, her motto remains: “We don’t compete; we unite, collaborate, and celebrate.”

This impact reached a new spiritual height in January 2026, when she graduated from the GVA School of Ministry as an ordained Evangelist.
