Tina Gray: Redefining Leadership Through Mindset and Mastery

In the world of executive coaching and transformational therapy, Tina Gray stands out as a leading voice for high-achieving professionals seeking authentic confidence and sustainable performance. Based in London, Tina is a renowned RTT® Hypnotherapist, mindset coach, keynote speaker, and corporate trainer who helps executives, founders, and professionals overcome self-doubt, regulate emotions, and unlock their full potential. A five-time South of England award winner and recipient of a prestigious “Best of the Best” award for delivering an outstanding session with one of their journalists, Tina brings recognized excellence to her work. With over two decades of experience in corporate finance, Tina bridges the gap between high-level business acumen and deep subconscious transformation, empowering leaders to thrive without sacrificing their wellbeing.

Tina has trained more than 16,000 students worldwide as head trainer at the RTT school, blending corporate insight with therapeutic expertise. Tina’s approach goes beyond surface-level coaching, addressing subconscious patterns to create lasting shifts in mindset and leadership presence. Tina’s mission is clear: transform leadership from the inside out.

Tina’s story begins in the seaside city of Brighton in southern England, where she grew up navigating the complexities of family separation at a young age. These early experiences instilled a deep sense of self-reliance and acute awareness of her surroundings. As Tina recalls, this period shaped both her personal relationships and her professional ambition, teaching her to function under pressure while grappling with inner struggles.

“Becoming aware of your inner dialogue is the first step to true transformation,” Tina often shares, reflecting on the early lessons that would inform her future work.

These formative years cultivated a resilience that would later define her career in the high-stakes world of corporate finance, allowing her to excel even while silently managing undiagnosed PTSD. Tina learned firsthand that outward composure can coexist with internal turbulence, an insight that became a cornerstone of her approach to coaching.

Tina spent over two decades in senior roles within global investment banks and complex financial environments, where she developed a deep understanding of performance under pressure, leadership dynamics, and human behavior in high-stakes settings. Throughout this time, Tina maintained a professional exterior that suggested everything was under control.

Yet behind the scenes, she was managing immense internal pressure and, at one point, undiagnosed PTSD. “You can be highly capable, successful, and outwardly composed while internally operating in survival mode,” Tina notes, reflecting on this period.

While her corporate career offered professional success and visibility, it also revealed the human cost of sustained pressure and unresolved emotional patterns. For Tina, this period became a turning point that would shape her future path.

A defining moment in Tina’s life came during a period of personal crisis. Escaping a domestically violent relationship and simultaneously managing the demands of the corporate world forced her to confront the limitations of performance without emotional alignment. It was during this time that she began to understand the profound influence of the subconscious mind on daily behavior, confidence, and leadership presence.

Becoming a mother and undergoing her own therapeutic journey deepened Tina’s understanding of how subconscious beliefs, shaped by early experiences and trauma, continue to drive behavior long after the original circumstances have passed. This realization became the foundation of her RTT® practice, giving her the insight and empathy to help other high-achievers navigate similar internal challenges.

Guided by a desire to help others navigate the pressures she had faced firsthand, Tina trained under Marisa Peer, the founder of Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT). Through this work, she learned how to access the subconscious mind to rewire limiting beliefs and support meaningful behavioral change.

Her mastery of RTT quickly led her to the position of Head Trainer at the RTT school, where she worked alongside Marisa Peer to train more than 16,000 students worldwide. Tina oversaw global events, led live demonstrations, and provided mentorship, creating an environment that nurtured both professional growth and personal transformation.

“I want you to be the best therapist you can be. I will ensure you are focused on your goal as the ultimate objective while acting as your biggest cheerleader,” Tina explains about her approach to mentoring new practitioners.

In 2015, Tina launched Tina Gray Therapy, a practice dedicated to helping executives, founders, and high-achieving professionals navigate the pressures of success while addressing the subconscious patterns that can hold them back. Her work focuses on helping clients regulate emotions, overcome self-doubt, and develop sustainable performance strategies without sacrificing well-being.

Her clients’ experiences illustrate the impact of her approach. One female leader moved from being overlooked in meetings to confidently presenting to over 200 peers, eventually becoming her company’s only female director. A male executive learned to stop tying his worth to wealth and titles, leading instead with balance and deeper connection with his children. These transformations reflect Tina’s philosophy that lasting change comes from internal realignment rather than superficial techniques.

“When perception changes, behavior follows,” Tina explains, drawing on her belief in the power of subconscious rewiring.

Tina’s influence extends far beyond one-on-one sessions. She has designed workshops and corporate coaching programs to address stress, burnout, and leadership challenges in high-pressure environments. Integrating neuroscience, RTT®, and trauma-informed coaching, her programs help organizations cultivate stronger leadership presence, improved decision-making, and healthier workplace cultures.

Beyond corporate and executive coaching, Tina dedicates herself to mentoring the next generation of therapists. Her therapist coaching programs provide guidance, confidence-building, and step-by-step mentorship for those entering or returning to practice. Through tailored packages, she supports practitioners in developing their skills, managing early career challenges, and building thriving practices. Tina Gray has received multiple regional awards for her work, including five South of England awards and a “Best of the Best” award for delivering an outstanding session with one of their journalists, in recognition of her contributions helping individuals overcome challenges such as mental health struggles, addictions, fertility issues, confidence barriers, and weight management.

Tina Gray brings her journey from corporate investment banker to award-winning RTT® therapist to stages around the world, sharing insights on mindset mastery, corporate well-being, and personal transformation. Her signature talks focus on helping executives and high-achieving professionals build self-confidence, overcome limiting beliefs, manage stress, avoid burnout, and foster resilience in high-pressure environments. Tina’s events are as informative as they are engaging, creating a supportive learning environment where participants feel seen, understood, and equipped to implement actionable insights immediately.

She has shared her expertise in diverse settings, from schools and corporate offices to well-being events and webinars, including the Napoleon Hill Self-Confidence Camp, where she joined other influential speakers to inspire audiences while supporting educational initiatives. Her presence on stage is grounding and inspiring, leaving audiences empowered to lead with authenticity, balance, and impact, while gaining the clarity and confidence to create meaningful change in their personal and professional lives.

At the heart of Tina’s work lies a belief that sustainable success does not come from wearing stronger masks but from creating internal alignment. Guided by values of compassion, integrity, and awareness, she helps individuals examine subconscious patterns and develop emotional clarity. “People are rarely failing. More often, they are functioning from internal systems shaped by stress, fear or outdated beliefs,” Tina observes, emphasizing the human-centered approach that defines her practice.

Looking ahead, Tina is focused on integrating deeper subconscious work into corporate environments, helping leaders move beyond polished professional facades to address challenges at the root. By doing so, organizations can cultivate clear thinking, stronger leadership presence, and healthier workplace cultures.

“I have lived both sides of leadership. The external performance and the internal cost. That perspective allows me to bridge corporate strategy with human psychology in a grounded and practical way,” Tina reflects, capturing the essence of a career devoted to transformation.

Tina Gray’s journey demonstrates that authentic leadership begins within. By combining corporate expertise with subconscious transformation, she empowers leaders to achieve both professional excellence and personal fulfillment. Her story is a guide for executives and high-achievers seeking confidence, clarity, and sustainable success in an increasingly complex world.
