Amy Kelly: From Starting Over to Building a Coaching Practice.

Amy Kelly is the founder of Amy Kelly Coaching and the creator of Unshakeable Woman, working with clients internationally. She is a speaker, podcast host, and nervous system coach whose work helps high-achieving women rebuild self-trust so they can make clear decisions, hold boundaries, and lead their own lives, drawn as much from lived experience as from formal study.

A Decision That Changed Everything

Kelly’s path into coaching did not begin in a wellness studio. It began with a decision to walk away from a life that looked stable on paper but felt hollow underneath. At 27, burnt out and disconnected, she left her marriage, bought a one-way ticket to Mexico City, and rebuilt her life from scratch with no plan and no strategy. That experience became the foundation of the work she does today.

A Career Built Under Pressure

Before coaching, Kelly built a long and varied operational career across the United Kingdom, and the through-line in all of it was responsibility under pressure. For more than a decade she worked in wedding and events management, progressing from events staff to supervisor and overseeing large-scale events of 200 or more guests. The role demanded composure, the ability to read a room, and steady leadership when things moved fast, all skills she carries onto the stage today. She later spent years in business travel management for a major UK retailer, negotiating with airlines and hotels, handling complex international logistics, and delivering precise results on tight timelines.

Her operational range widened further as an office manager for a construction company, where she held full responsibility for staff management, payroll, invoicing, bookkeeping, and client liaison. That work sharpened her financial acumen and her capacity to hold multiple priorities at once in a demanding environment. She also spent a decade working closely with CEOs and entrepreneurs as an executive assistant, giving her a close view of how ambitious, high-performing people operate and where the quiet cost of that performance tends to land.

From Operator to Founder

That combination of front-line operational discipline and proximity to driven leaders shaped the coaching practice she would eventually build. In 2024 she founded ALK Global Assist, a remote executive virtual assistant business supporting entrepreneurs, coaches, and executives worldwide, building its systems and processes from the ground up while developing her coaching practice in parallel. The entrepreneurial resilience she built in that period carried directly into her next venture.

The Unshakeable Woman

In 2025 Kelly founded Amy Kelly Coaching and launched her signature programme, Unshakeable Woman, a twelve-week group coaching experience. It grew directly out of her own reinvention, and through it she now works with women navigating divorce, burnout, identity loss, or a major life transition, women who appear successful from the outside but are ready for something to change. That clarity of focus has made her a recognizable voice in the coaching and wellness space and earned her a strong following online.

A Growing Platform

Her platform has grown alongside the practice. Kelly hosts the Dream Big with Amy podcast, featuring women who have reset and rebuilt their lives on their own terms. She has spoken at the University of Miami and WellNXT, competed at the iHeart Radio Best in Wellness Awards, and appeared at Ole Startup in Marbella. She has been featured in Brainz Magazine as an Executive Contributor and named a Best in Wellness Miami 2026 nominee, and is a scheduled speaker at Wellist Week Miami 2026. Alongside her signature programme she publishes The Reset Confidential, a free weekly newsletter offering tools on self-trust, starting over, and building a life that fits.

The Instinct That Defines the Work

Across every chapter, from events halls to construction offices to the coaching room, the same instinct recurs: a steadiness under pressure and an attention to what people actually need rather than what they are supposed to want. It is the instinct that now defines her work today.
