Lessons in Trust and the Ten-Dollar Mower
Joshua’s path to leadership was paved in a small Australian country town, fueled by a relentless work ethic and the influence of his grandfather. At age ten, Joshua launched his first venture, “JBS Mowing.” Lacking the capital for equipment, he negotiated a rent-to-own deal on a second-hand push mower—paying $10 a week until the $100 debt was cleared.
